Those L-shaped hunks of metal we call handguns are mighty handy, but placing them strategically where you might need them can be a challenge. Have you ever though about using a magnet for this purpose? Some clever manufacturers now offer magnets made just for this purpose. You are now only limited by your imagination as to where you can “place” a gun. Under the desk or coffee table, in the vehicle under the dash or by the console, in the ATV, etcetera.
When you need to access your gun – now – it won’t do you any good when it is locked away in a safe. As most people do not carry a firearm on their body at home, these devices allow you to place guns in inconspicuous places where the weapon can be retrieved quickly. Yes, you must weigh the pros and cons of this method when there are children in the home. Obviously, accessible guns and children are not compatible.
At Semper Firearms Training we encourage you to buy a good firearm, get trained in how to use it, get a Nevada CCW permit, and continue your firearms training as part of a defensive lifestyle.
