I just know that the perpetually anti-gun HI officials were giddy to learn that they could confiscate guns, based on this dubious legal tactic. Does this mean that the people will have their guns returned to them, once the feds decide that weed is no longer an illegal controlled substance? I would not bet on it.

Could Nevada officials do the same, using the same tactic? After all, not only is medicinal marijuana now legal in this state, recreational weed is, too. Pay attention fellow gun owners. Think very hard about this and ask yourself- what is more important – your long-standing, Constitutional right to keep and bear arms OR your newly-minted lawful ability to use weed? You may not be able to do both if the vindictive anti-gun crowd pushes this.
